This Spring, NORTH TULSA-born ELAINE HENDERSON joined that elite, exclusive list.

Armando Christian Perez, AKA Pitbull, received the Key to Kodiak, Alaska in the summer of 2012. You can't get your Key in the mail...we mean, post...can you? Surely not. QEII-AKA Queen Elizabeth II had to be there in Long Beach, California when the city honored her with the right to open every door in the 1980s...right?

Paraphrasing a Black Panther fan listening to Kendrick Lamar and SZA and remembering Chadwick Bosman, the goal in life isn't to live forever, but to create something that will. That was two years after Mayor Aja Brown presented Kendrick Lamar Duckworth/Kendrick Lamar with the Key to the city where he was born...Compton, California.
